Booking Terms and Conditions

Your booking is secured once you have received a confirmation email with your booking code from the hotel.

1. BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1.1. First night rate charged to secure booking.
- A credit/debit card is required to secure the reservation. The cost of first night is charged (pre-authorised deposit) on your credit/debit card when the reservation is confirmed by the hotel. The remaining amount is to be paid by the client upon arrival (departure) at the hotel after hotel agreement.

1.2. You pay at the hotel in local currency (RON).
- The payment is made in hotel’s local currency (Romanian Lei – RON). The amount displayed in other currencies is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time.

1.3. Total cost includes VAT and city tax.
- Room rate includes Value Added Tax and 2% city tax.

1.4. Extra options
- Buffet breakfast is included in room price.
- Extra bed in room (Cost: 150 RON/1 bed/night; Maximum capacity: 1 extra bed/room; breakfast included)
- Baby cot (FREE)
- Extra options are confirmed upon receiving the confirmation email with your booking code from the hotel
- The cost of selected extra options is added to the room rates and displayed under Total Cost in your Booking Summary.

1.5. Groups & booking more than 5 rooms
For booking more than 5 rooms please contact the hotel directly at the following Email adress: info@reghinablue.ro. Different policies and rates may apply.

2. PAYMENT:

2.1. Card pre-authorisation to secure booking
Credit/debit card informations will be taken on special form and securised delivered to the person in charge with this procedure. Credit card information is NOT required on the on-line reservation. Reservation cost will be charged on arrival day.

2.2. Balance payment
The outstanding balance will be due for payment on arrival/departure, after hotel agreement.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY:

- You can cancel your reservation by using the link “Cancel booking” provided in your booking confirmation email.
- If the reservation is canceled 2 days prior to the date of arrival ( by 12 AM local time ) no penalty will be charged and payment guarantee will be refund.
- If the reservation is canceled less than 2 days prior to the date of arrival the hotel will charge 1 night PENALTY for each room reserved.
- In case of NO CANCELLATION or NO SHOW, PENALTY will be 100% of the TOTAL cost of reservation.

4. HOTEL POLICY:

- Check-in: between 12 AM ( according to availability ) and midnight.( h 00.00 )
- Check-out: before noon ( h 12.00 AM ).
- The hotel offers transfers from and/or to the airport. This shuttle service (up to 6 persons) can be booked for a fee. Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel in order to receive shuttle availability.
- Children under 9 years stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding (without breakfast).
- Free baby-cots can be provided by the hotel upon request.
- All older children or adults are charged 150 RON per person per night for extra beds (breakfast included).
- Extra-person charges may apply. (i.e. Supplementary breakfast for an extra person incurs extra charges per night).
- Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Small pets are allowed. Please confirm with the hotel.
- Early check-in / late check-out are available upon request
